"My goal is to provide a safe environment to gain confidence and tools to show up BIG in your daily life. I have been an event designer since 2000, a yoga studio owner since 2007, and a lululemon Ambassador since 2013 and a Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition since 2020. I enjoy music, paddle boarding, gardening, travel, and courageous conversation. My greatest teachers have been my students and my 6 year old daughter, Ari Jane.
