Kundalini Yoga is a transformative physical and spiritual practice using breathwork, mudras, eye gaze, mantra, and movements to awaken your full creative potential. It is the yoga of awareness; awareness into every corner of your body, mind, and life. The purpose of this style of meditation is to gain physical vitality, increase consciousness, and to become a magnet for good things. In this class, Virginia will lead you through basic and accessible breath and mantra work that will challenge the body and mind to help move past anything that might be holding you back from your full potential.  You will also be provided with a handmade book about Kundalini Yoga that will include the exercises done in class as well as other simple Kundalini exercises that can be done at home to keep the energy flowing.
