A morning class that starts off with pranayama, adds in movement + finishes with a focused, energizing meditation. We’ll begin with Pranayama exercises to wake up the body before slowly moving the body, connecting each movement with breath. Lastly, we'll end with a meditation that reminds us that energy is not created. It is already within us and therefore we need only to bring it to awareness and cultivate it for use. This class is suitable for all levels.
